This is a collection of work around Frost-Rock french band "Würm" first album: ísaður, an evocation of negative temperatures, wide frozen spaces and dying mammoths. Track one to five are a private studio live version, it is the early work behind this collection. Track six is an orchestral alternative version of Mang Ont. Track seven to ten are more recent radiophonic live versions of this album.
